3. Purposes and legal basis
We process personal data to operate and secure the website, respond to access requests, keep communication records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the context, processing may rely on legitimate interests, pre-contractual steps, contract performance, legal obligations, or explicit consent where required by applicable law.
4. Transfers and third-party services
The default website does not use forms, analytics pixels, advertising tags, or non-essential cookies. Technical data may be processed by Cloudflare or equivalent hosting/CDN providers. If you choose the Telegram CTA, your communication is also subject to Telegram's own terms and privacy practices. Data may be shared with advisors, service providers, or competent public authorities where necessary and lawful.
Where a cross-border transfer occurs, it must be handled under the applicable transfer mechanisms and documentation required by KVKK and other relevant privacy laws before launch.
5. Retention
Website security logs are retained for the period needed for security, troubleshooting, and legal compliance. Telegram access request records are retained while the request or relationship remains active and then for the minimum period needed for legitimate business, dispute, and legal purposes.
6. Your rights
Under applicable privacy law, including KVKK Article 11 where applicable, you may request information about whether your data is processed, access details of processing, request correction or deletion where legally available, object to certain processing, and request notification of corrections or deletion to third parties where applicable.
